These terms explain how you can use Evergreen Wedding Plans, what you can expect from the service, and the basic rules that apply when you create, purchase, and download your wedding boards.
Using the service
Evergreen Wedding Plans provides digital planning tools and downloadable wedding board designs. You may use the service to create plans for your own event or for a client if you have permission to do so.
Orders and downloads
Paid downloads give you access to the board files you purchase. Your purchase covers the digital files only unless we clearly state otherwise. Printing, framing, and physical fulfilment are not included.
Your content
You are responsible for the names, seating details, dietary notes, and other event information you enter. Please review your boards carefully before downloading or sharing them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, or adjust the service from time to time. We aim to keep Evergreen Wedding Plans available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
